Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are urgently seeking Business Development Manager position for Andheri West, Mumbai location. Job Title: Business Development Manager - B2B Corporate  Job Description: • Leverage existing corporate connections to generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships. • Understand client needs and offer customized chocolate gifting solutions for HR gifting, festive gifting, and employee rewards. • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in HR, Admin, Procurement, and Marketing departments. • Drive end-to-end sales processes — from lead generation and proposal submission to negotiation and closing deals. • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets. • Collaborate with internal teams for timely delivery and client satisfaction. • Represent the brand at corporate events, expos, networking meets, and industry gatherings including those in the outdoor media space. Qualifications:  • With 4 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development. • With experience in execution of marketing related activities in Wedding and Events Management, Consumer Goods, F & B, Media, Hospitality, FMCG OR other relevant product businesses. Skill-Sets Required: • 4–5 years of B2B sales or corporate business development experience. • Must have existing corporate connects and the ability to initiate high-level conversations. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing confidence.
