Identify and generate leads from residential and commercial construction projects Build strong working relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and homeowners Pitch water treatment solutions (e.g. water softeners, STPs, WTPs, RO systems, heat pumps) tailoredto customer needs Conduct site visits, follow-ups, and convert inquiries into orders Attend networking events (BNI, WQIA, CII, CREDAI, etc.) to drive brand visibility and partnerships Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasts, and CRM updates Take full ownership of monthly/quarterly targets and ensure timely closures Provide on-ground feedback to management on market trends and customer insights Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
