We're Hiring: Business Development Manager – B2B, Shop-in-Shop & Gift Card Sales Location: Topsia, Kolkata Brand: Vastramay | Traditional Wear Reimagined Full-Time | Experience: 2–7 Years Are you a go-getter who thrives in fast-paced environments and doesn’t mind getting on the road to make things happen? Vastramay, one of India’s most dynamic ethnic wear brands, is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our B2B partnerships, Shop-in-Shop (SIS) rollouts, and Gift Card sales. This is a field-intensive role for someone who’s as comfortable in boardrooms as they are on the shop floor or out meeting retail partners face-to-face. 🔑 What You’ll Do: · B2B Development · - Identify and onboard institutional clients, distributors, and large-format retailers. · - Drive outreach, relationship-building, and revenue generation from B2B channels. · - Visit partner locations regularly to strengthen engagement and resolve operational issues. · Shop-in-Shop Expansion · - Lead SIS placements with premium retail chains (Shoppers Stop, Central, etc.). · - Travel to multiple cities for site visits, negotiations, and store activations. · - Manage store-level operations, visual merchandising, and staff coordination. · Gift Card Sales · - Build and grow our Gift Card program through corporate tie-ups and online platforms. · - Pitch and close deals with HR departments, fintechs, and gifting platforms. · - Drive promotions for festive, wedding, and seasonal campaigns. · On-Ground Execution · - Be ready to hit the streets—visit stores, partners, and prospects regularly. · - Roll up your sleeves to troubleshoot, pitch, and make real-time decisions. · - Represent Vastramay with energy, professionalism, and ownership. ✅ Who You Are: · - 4–7 years in business development or sales (preferably fashion, retail, or gifting ecosystem). · - Ready to travel extensively across cities—must be mobile and field-focused. · - Confident in face-to-face meetings, cold visits, and client relationship management. · - Strong communicator with great follow-through and hustle mentality. · - Fluent in English and Hindi; regional languages are a plus. ✨ Why Vastramay? · - Be part of a bold, high-growth brand redefining Indian ethnic wear. · - Take ownership of initiatives that directly impact growth and visibility. · - Enjoy a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment that rewards action.
