Role & responsibilities : Sales and Business Development : Taking care of sales, forecasting and planning monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame. Primarly handling sales for staffing and permanent recruitment. Executing the long term business directions to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives.Client Acquisition for business where we deliver end to end hr solutions to the company Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets. Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Managing the client and retaining the client for long term business and taking care of delivery and new mandate . Preferred candidate profile Should be a graduate, willing to travel and visit client's office. Excellent Communication skills
