We are looking for a

Business Development Manager

who can drive direct client acquisition in the U.S. and position Talentsouls as a trusted partner for global recruiting support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via

    cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups

    to generate qualified leads.
  • Build a strong pipeline of U.S.-based companies needing leadership and strategic talent across global markets.
  • Present Talentsouls global recruiting capabilities and build customized solutions for leadership hiring.
  • Partner with internal sourcing teams in the U.S., India, and Mexico to co-develop client proposals and delivery models.

What You Bring

  • 3-7 years of experience in business development or sales within recruiting, executive search, staffing, or HR solutions.
  • Proven success in

    cold calling

    and building direct client relationships for leadership and mid-management hiring.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage senior decision-makers with confidence.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to build and grow client relationships from the ground up.
