As a Business Development Executive: Inside Sales at Prowiden Overseas, you will be responsible for contacting existing and prospective customers to counsel them on work visa requirements and job opportunities in countries like Canada, Germany, the UK, and the USA. Your role will involve assessing client profiles to determine visa eligibility, assisting in preparing work visa applications, and explaining our product and service offerings effectively. You will be required to collect and record customer information, resolve queries and concerns, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Additionally, you will need to process product orders accurately and offer suitable solutions tailored to customers" needs. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Previous work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, Business Development Executive, or a similar sales role is essential. Professional certification in sales and marketing would be a plus. Proficiency in English, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi is required, along with excellent oral and written communication skills. You should possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and have excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
