Call: 80085 82617 | Send Resume: Swathi@wissenpro.com Business Development Executive Role Focus : Acquiring New Software Development Projects (US Market) Work Mode : Work From Home Timings : 6:30 PM 3:30 AM (IST) Key Responsibilities Lead Generation : Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and other B2B platforms Client Engagement : Initiate conversations, understand client requirements, and pitch tailored solutions Proposal Management : Prepare and share business proposals, RFP responses, and quotes Market Research : Track industry trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities Follow-ups : Maintain consistent follow-up and build strong client relationships Sales Reporting : Update CRM tools, maintain lead status, and share daily/weekly reports Qualifications Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written) Understanding of software development services and project life cycle Experience in international (especially US) client handling is a plus
