Business Development Executive (Upwork Bidder)

Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients—researching, crafting personalized proposals, and managing the bidding process to win high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily job hunting: Scan Upwork for suitable job postings in our expertise areas.
• Proposal writing: Craft customized, impactful proposals that clearly outline how we meet client needs.
• Client outreach: Handle initial inquiries, schedule discovery calls, and maintain timely communication.
• Performance tracking: Maintain detailed records of bids, outcomes, and KPIs (e.g., view rates, win rate) for reporting.
• Profile optimization: Help keep our Upwork agency or freelancer profiles updated—ensuring services, portfolio, and testimonials are current.
• Collaborate internally: Work closely with developers/designers/marketers so proposals accurately reflect our capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience bidding on Upwork or similar platforms (with measurable success).
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Ability to understand client requirements, scope projects effectively, and tailor proposals accordingly.
• Self-motivated and able to manage time efficiently, often working independently.
• Familiar with SEO, web or app development, digital marketing, or other relevant niches (depending on your focus).

• 1+ years Upwork bidding success
• Excellent written English and persuasive communication

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
