Job Description

Business Development Executive (Staffing & Marketing in IT Sales) Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Department: Business Development Reports To: Head of Sales & Marketing Key Responsibilities 1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management • Utilize your existing client database to identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and personalized service. 2. Sales Strategy & Execution • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. • Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure business growth 3. Market Research & Industry Networking • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's services and expand the client base. 4. Collaboration & Reporting • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software. • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for senior management. Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. • Approximately 2 years of experience in business development, with a focus on staffing, marketing, or IT sales. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Strong understanding of the staffing, marketing, and IT industries. • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Skills & Competencies • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform strategies. • Relationship Building: Skilled in establishing and maintaining professional relationships. • Adaptability: Flexible and open to change in a dynamic business environment. • Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
