Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) for Field Sales. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in field sales, with a strong understanding of renewable energy, clean technology, and artificial intelligence markets. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

  • Location: Chandigarh, Pune and Jaipur.
  • Salary: 4 - 6.5l
  • Experience: 2 - 5 years

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the field of Recai (Renewable Energy, Clean Technology, and Artificial Intelligence) across Mohali and Jaipur regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth in the Recai sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback from clients to the product development team for continuous improvement of offerings.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in the Recai sector or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently in a field environment.
