RBH Solution Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to support and expand operations across the South India region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for business development and conducting site surveys (Control Relay Panel and SCADA) to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals and execution plans.

Candidate Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in Business Development or Power Utility Sector will be preferred
• Language Proficiency:
• Tamil – Mandatory
• Malayalam – Preferred
• Hindi & English – Required for effective communication

Other Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Prior experience in field surveys or business development roles
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and Control Relay Panels (CRP) will be considered an added advantage

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skill set)
• Benefits: Travel Allowance (TA) and Dearness Allowance (DA) will be provided
