Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads globally through multiple channels
  • Identify and pursue potential clients and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Drive client acquisition, presentations, and closures
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Regularly travel across India for client meetings, events, and business expansion

Key Requirements

  • Excellent command over

    English and Tamil

    verbal and written
  • Strong

    presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills


  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (for Executive); 5+ years for Manager
  • Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and result-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Skills

  • Sales & Marketing background
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach strategies
