Dear candidates, We are hiring for below speciations Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore , Chennai, Cochin Shimogga Role-Specific Criteria Technician 46 years of technician/mechanic experience. ITI/Diploma required. All general eligibility rules apply. Senior Technician 4–6 years of technician experience with total experience between 7–10 years . ITI/Diploma required. All general eligibility rules apply. Chief General Technician 4–6 years technician experience with total experience >10 years . ITI/Diploma required, but can be ignored if technical experience exceeds 10 years. All general eligibility rules apply. Evaluator Same as Technician criteria. Field job : Must visit customers’ locations for car evaluation. Driving license and skills are mandatory . Hub Inspector 4–6 years technician experience. Must have worked as Service Advisor after technician role . ITI/Diploma required. Good communication skills . Must understand English. Rival company experience not allowed , but OEM experience preferred . Exceptions & Considerations If candidate initially worked in plant/manufacturing , but later has 4+ years technician experience , they can be considered . If candidate worked as Service Advisor after 7–8 years of technician experience , they can be considered . For Technician/Senior Technician roles, if candidate has 10+ years of experience , ITI/Diploma can be waived . General Eligibility Criteria (Applicable to All Roles) Experience : 4-6 years of technician/mechanic experience (core requirement for all roles). Education : ITI/Diploma (except where otherwise noted). Language : Must be able to read and understand basic English . Driving : Valid Driving License and driving skills are mandatory (for field roles). Acceptable Experience Background : OEM-based companies like Mahindra First Choice , Maruti True Value . Unacceptable Experience Background : Service Advisor (unless specified). Commercial Vehicle experience. Rival Companies : Cars24, Gaadi.com, Rev, OLX, CarDekho, CarWale, CarTrade. Plant/Manufacturing experience (unless technician experience followed afterward).
