Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Utilize software tools such as WhatsApp API, IVR systems, and bulk SMS platforms for efficient communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in B2B Sales or Inside Sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Strong understanding of Software Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Solution Sales concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective cold calling and relationship-building.
