Job Description

Email Outreach & Automation Campaign Management : Oversee the execution of email outreach campaigns, ensuring the timely delivery of messages across various stages of the sales funnel. Automation Setup : Create, manage, and optimize email automation workflows to streamline prospecting efforts and improve efficiency. Performance Tracking : Regularly monitor and analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, response rates, etc.) to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach campaigns. A/B Testing : Develop and execute A/B tests to optimize subject lines, body content, and call-to-actions for higher engagement. Content Personalization : Customize email templates to fit different prospect segments, ensuring personalized and relevant messaging. Sales Pipeline Management Lead Nurturing : Manage leads from initial outreach to the meeting stage, focusing on improving conversion rates at each stage of the pipeline. Pipeline Tracking : Keep a close eye on pipeline progress, ensuring timely follow-ups and that leads are moving smoothly through the sales process. Conversion Optimization : Work closely with the sales team to understand the best approaches for converting cold leads into meaningful conversations or meetings. Required Experience & Skills: Email Outreach & Automation : Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) and automation workflows. Data-Driven Approach : Ability to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions to optimize outreach efforts. Sales Pipeline Knowledge : Familiarity with the stages of a sales pipeline and experience managing the lead conversion process. 2 Years of Experience : Ideally, the candidate will have experience in inside sales, email marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record in driving leads and supporting the sales process TIMINGS - 04:00 PM - 01:00 AM LOCATION - HYD(WHO)
