Job Description

Experience: 3+ Years in Sales (Software Sales / Service Industry Preferred) Job Type: Full-time | Commission-Based Key Skills: Lead Generation and connect with clients through telecalling and other communication channels. Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Deal-Closing Skills Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, and other online bidding platforms Strong Networking and Relationship-Building Abilities Experience in International Business Development is preferred Proficiency in MS Office Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and online bidding platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr. Conduct software product demos and presentations for prospective clients, both online and in person as required. Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and oversee a seamless client onboarding process. Build, nurture, and manage strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continued business opportunities. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed business targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, proposals, deals, and follow-ups. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong command of English (verbal and written).
