Business Development & Telecalling Executive (Female Candidates) We're looking for enthusiastic and driven female candidates to join our team as Business Development & Telecalling Executives. As a leading manufacturer and supplier of bed and bath linens for the hotel hospitality industry, we partner with major hotels and resorts across India. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and be part of a women-empowered company. Both freshers and experienced individuals are welcome to apply. What You'll Do:Conduct outbound calls to potential hotel clients to introduce our range of bed and bath linen products. Identify and qualify leads, understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Support the sales team in achieving business development targets. Update and maintain CRM records accurately. Potentially assist with basic administrative tasks related to sales. What We're Looking For: Basic communication skills in English . Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, or Hindi. A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and succeed. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Basic computer literacy.
