Position: Business Development Executive (Female)

We are seeking a target-oriented female professional who is passionate about sales and client communication. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in a fast-growing international organization.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field.
• Additional certifications in Sales or Marketing are a plus.

Experience Required

• Minimum 1 Year of Sales or Business Development Experience (preferably in B2B, Certification, or Training industry).
• Experience in working with monthly targets and performance-based roles is highly desirable.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
• Pitch ISO certification and training services to businesses and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Follow up and build strong client relationships to close monthly sales.
• Maintain CRM records and submit weekly sales updates.
• Work closely with the operations and technical teams post-sale.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Fluent in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet monthly targets consistently.
• Should be based in Chennai or willing to relocate.
• Immediate joining preferred.
