Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler - MEP located in Thiruvananthapuram. The BIM Modeler - MEP will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining BIM models for MEP systems. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project teams, ensuring model accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and performing clash detection. The BIM Modeler - MEP will also work on enhancing model quality and resolving issues that arise during the modeling process. Qualifications Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP Experience in creating and managing MEP BIM models Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination within BIM projects Clash detection and resolution skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields Experience in the AECO industry is a plus
