We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B/B2C sales or partnerships, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and expanding market presence across domains like IT, Insurance, Banking, or similar industries. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Understand client needs and tailor appropriate solutions to meet their business objectives. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale relationship management. Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and business cases. Requirements Collaborate with internal teams (Business Intelligence, Operations, Product) to ensure successful delivery of solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand and offerings. Proven business development or sales experience (minimum 2 years).
