Job Description

As a Business Development Channel Sales representative specializing in B2B Sales, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement an effective channel sales strategy. You will be in charge of recruiting and onboarding new channel partners, as well as managing and nurturing relationships with existing partners. Setting sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, and offering training and support to channel partners will also be part of your daily tasks. Collaboration with marketing and sales teams to create joint marketing initiatives and the analysis of market trends and competitor activities will be crucial aspects of your role. You will need to possess a strong passion for sales and demonstrate a commitment to achieving success within the B2B sector. Extensive travel for client meetings and business development will be required, so a willingness to travel is essential. Ideally, you should hold a diploma or degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, and a background in the automotive industry is essential. Previous experience in sectors such as Tyres, Batteries, Additives, Direct Selling, Car Dealerships, Garage Equipment, Automotive Parts Companies, and Oil Marketing Companies will be advantageous. Your success in this role will depend on your strong customer service and sales acumen, as well as your ability to build lasting relationships. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must, along with proficiency in utilizing CRM systems to track and manage sales pipelines. Being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dedicated to consistently delivering results will be key to excelling in this position. This full-time, permanent role based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, offers benefits such as health insurance and a day shift schedule. Additionally, performance bonuses and quarterly bonuses are available based on your achievements. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Automobile Sales, General Sales, and B2B Sales. A 100% willingness to travel is preferred, and the work location is remote.
