Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA) – Sales / Admission CounselorIndustry: EdTech Location: Kanpur Experience: 0.6 – 3 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing EdTech team. As an Admission Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through our course offerings and helping them make informed decisions about their education and career growth. Your role will be crucial in driving admissions and building lasting student relationships. Key Responsibilities:Reach out to leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to counsel them on available courses and benefits. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs to meet their career goals. Convert warm leads into successful enrollments by establishing trust and providing detailed program guidance. Maintain follow-up with potential students to nurture interest and drive decision-making. Manage and update CRM systems with accurate student data and follow-up activities. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to provide feedback and improve lead quality and student experience. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Provide end-to-end support to students during the admission process. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Sales, Marketing, or Education background). Proven communication and interpersonal skills. 0.6 – 3 years of experience in telesales or counseling (preferably in EdTech). Strong persuasive and consultative selling ability. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms.
