We’re expanding across India and are looking for a dynamic, driven Business Development Associate to help us grow our reach in schools nationwide. Key Responsibilities :Lead Generation & Revenue Growth: Generate sales via phone calls, emails, and social media marketing. Client Engagement: Promote Kids Age Newspaper to school principals, teachers, and educational decision-makers. Market Expansion: Build relationships with schools and educational institutions to drive market penetration. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a healthy sales funnel through telesales and email campaigns. Customer Handling: Manage inquiries, process orders, and deliver outstanding customer service. Follow-Ups & Conversions: Conduct timely follow-ups and convert leads into successful deals. Client Retention: Cultivate long-term relationships to ensure repeat business. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations. What We’re Looking For:Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline Prior experience in sales or business development (preferred) Familiarity with the education sector and market trends
