Business Coordinator ( Night Shift )

About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Coordinator who will work closely with the CEO and management team to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily business activities and assist in follow-ups.
• Draft emails, prepare reports, and maintain documentation for leadership.
• Manage meetings, prepare agendas, and keep track of action points.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Monitor project progress and share regular updates with the management.

Required Skills:

• Excellent English (written & spoken) – essential for business communication.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Professional and confident in handling business correspondence.

Who Can Apply:

• Graduates with 1-2 years of experience in HR, business coordination, operations, project coordination, or client management roles.
• Candidates willing to work night shifts regularly and commit long-term are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
