Business Analyst Growth & Strategy

, you ll work directly with the

VP Growth

, translating raw data into sharp insights that guide product, marketing, and leadership decisions. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with fast learning and ownership.

Key Mandates

Build rapid-fire dashboards to track user cohorts, LTV, funnel drop-offs, and retention
Analyze A/B test results, size opportunities, and flag growth levers for Product and Marketing
Translate insights into crisp, actionable stories for executive decisions and board decks

The Profile We Need

0 2 years of experience in analytics, growth, or strategy roles
Or a
stellar STEM graduate
with strong project or internship exposure
Fluency in
SQL
and
Excel
is a must; Python/R and BI tools like
Looker
or
Tableau
are a bonus
A curious, fast executor who can simplify complex data into plain English
