Business Analyst - IIT/IIM

As a Business Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data-driven decision-making to enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include analyzing healthcare business processes, translating complex data into actionable insights, developing compelling business cases, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement efforts. You will need to have a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier 1 college, at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry, and a proven ability to analyze business challenges and develop data-informed strategies. Your essential skills should include excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, effective communication and presentation skills, proficiency in Excel and SQL, and the capability to manage multiple priorities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, a collaborative mindset, and knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA will be essential in this role. Preferred qualifications include experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau, as well as familiarity with healthcare compliance standards like HIPAA and CMS guidelines.
