Business Analyst - IIT/IIM

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong business acumen to support data-driven decision making that enhances patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance within the company.

Core Responsibilities:

• Analyze healthcare business processes and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Translate complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic planning and operational decisions.
• Develop and present compelling business cases and reports that highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT stakeholders to align data insights with business objectives.
• Support the development and implementation of strategies that optimize resource allocation and enhance service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps in processes and recommending practical solutions.
• Ensure all business analysis activities adhere to healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree from Tier 1 college
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role preferably in healthcare industry
• Proven ability to analyze business challenges and develop data-informed strategies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Essential Skills:

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data in a business context.
• Effective communication and presentation skills tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms (basic understanding preferred).
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, CMS guidelines).
