Job Description

Act as a liaison between the Business and Development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Facilitate discussions to capture and document business and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into well-defined User Stories, incorporating diagrams and technical specifications for the Dev team.
Create and maintain clear and structured documentation to support communication across teams.
Develop and execute test plans to validate requirements and ensure quality outcomes.
Support backlog management, ensuring priority alignment between business needs and technical execution.
Collaborate in analyzing workflows to identify and address technical and user experience gaps.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of business processes and willingness to learn US property and auto insurance industry
Proficiency in software documentation tools and methodologies
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with Agile methodologies and product management
Data analysis and visualization skills
Familiarity with SaaS software systems and platforms
Experience with greenfield development a plus
