Business Analyst

• Gather Functional requirement from Internal/External relevant stakeholders through Calls, Emails, Online meeting tools and through in person visits.

• Draft comprehensive Business/Functional Requirement Documents and/or User Stories with detailed SOW (Scope of Work), Software Solutions and wire frames.

• Present to Internal/External relevant stakeholders about the functional requirements & Solution.
• Work closely with Technical Teams to translate functional requirements into the actual working software
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders (Management, Business Development Team and Project Management team) to understand requirement gathering.
• Coordinate with Project team to get effort estimation for the proposals and present same to the Internal/External relevant stakeholders.
• Draft comprehensive proposals with detailed SOW (Scope of Work), flow diagrams.
• Keeping abreast of the latest business and industry developments along with company products.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• Ability to perform basic competitor analysis to inform requirements and solution positioning.

• Ability to write requirement/Functional Specification document and/or User Story with details

• Strong written, verbal communication & presentation skills.

• Ability to perform basic competitor analysis to inform requirements and solution positioning.

• Ability to write User Manual

• Ability to engage with multiple diverse stakeholders requiring strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly grasp any new product and situation
• Knowledge of working in any wireframing
• Agile methodology.
• Ability to Provide inputs on estimation

Experience

• Hands-on Min (5 to7 ) years experience of handling relevant stakeholders, stakeholders and writing Business/Functional specification document and/or User Stories with required detailing
