Summary:As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage in providing advisory services that focus on business agility and technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to facilitate organizational transformation, enabling clients to adapt and excel in a competitive landscape. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and promote agile methodologies.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
