Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for awareness and promotional activities across stakeholders channel, influencers, contractors Collaborate with B&C and vendors to develop marketing collaterals for all product ranges – physical, digital, phygital Spear head the digital initiatives and their adoption related to the Connect CRM, reconnect Order Management system and other key applications Track noteworthy projects and collaborate for social media posts, photo-shoots and testimonials Identify trends, competitors and customer preferences through regular market visits Scorecard and scheme management for team Strategize, Plan, and Execute participation at Expos, which includes conceptualize the event, budget proposals and close quotes/negotiations, Branding. AVs, Performance, Gifts by liaising with internal and external teams Plan and execute a marketing plan calendar for influencers eg: Day celebrations Collaborate with agencies to have a loyalty program for influencers Brand Visibility and activation covering Merchandising, Site Branding, Factory Visits, Exhibitions etc. Ensure all the feedback are documented and prompt actions are taken to address concerns Execute the engagement activities for earmarked days Regards,
