Brand MarketingRole Overview:We re seeking a creative and strategic personal brand strategist to elevate the personal brand of our CEO, Sanjay Sehgal, while amplifying MSys Technologies presence across digital and tech communities This hybrid role blends marketing strategy with talent and content management, focused on shaping compelling narratives and increasing visibility across platforms and media Key Responsibilities:Develop and grow the personal brand of Sanjay Sehgal through strategic content and digital storytelling Design and execute content strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms, with a strong focus on viral Instagram campaigns and high-impact LinkedIn content Bring expertise in PR and digital media strategy to enhance visibility, credibility, and audience engagement Drive employer branding initiatives centered around talent acquisition, leadership thought pieces, and key eventsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, editors, content producers, and external agenciesUse analytics, SEO, and AI-driven tools to measure impact and continuously optimize campaign performance and website of Sanjay SehgalEnhance MSys social media positioning in the tech ecosystem Ideal Candidate Profile:5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, personal brand strategy, or talent managementProven experience managing and positioning high-visibility talent (e g , founders, creators, educators)Strong leadership, communication, and execution skillsBonus :Solid understanding of tech-driven B2B branding and digital storytelling
