Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh for a Brand & Content Manager.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly tuned into social media trends, can build engaging content strategies, and enjoys both being behind and in front of the camera. We are looking for passionate individuals, if you have work experience, great! If you are a fresher & think you have the potential to execute campaigns, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy:

   Ideate and execute a strategic content calendar for social media platforms aligned with brand goals and product drops.

• Trend Research:

   Stay updated with current social media trends, viral formats, and industry updates to keep the brand culturally relevant.

• Reel Creation & Quick Edits:

   Produce and edit short-form content (Reels, BTS, product showcases) using mobile editing apps or basic software.

• On-Camera Presence:

   Be comfortable creating BTS content, founder interactions, or fun day-in-the-life content when required.

• Influencer & PR Strategy:

   Plan and execute influencer seeding, PR outreach, and collaborations.Maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and media.

• Performance Tracking:

   Regularly track content performance, derive insights, and tweak strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Good Understanding of Instagram, Reels formats, and viral content creation.
• Basic video editing skills (using mobile apps like VN, Inshots)
• Comfortable facing the camera for brand storytelling and BTS.
• Strong communication skills to pitch and manage influencer/PR collaborations.
