Branch Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and grow the gold finance business at the branch level.

2. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.

4. Branch Operations: Oversee daily branch operations, including sales, customer service, and administrative tasks.

5. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.

6. Marketing:

- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to promote gold finance products.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions.

7. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.

8. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in gold finance or a similar industry(Banking)

2. Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.

3. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

4. Knowledge: Familiarity with gold finance products, sales strategies, and market trends.
