Job Description

You will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships in Kerala through field sales activities, lead generation, market research, and coordination with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, acting as the main contact between clients and internal teams, addressing and resolving client complaints effectively, conducting market research to identify business opportunities, generating new leads and converting them into sales, coordinating with account teams to support client needs, conducting field visits and presentations to promote products, maintaining accurate sales forecasts and meeting targets, and staying updated on industry trends and competitors. To qualify for this role, you should have a graduate degree in any discipline, proficiency in MS Office with CRM experience being a plus, strong communication and presentation skills, self-motivation and goal-orientation, experience in cold calling and field sales, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work location is in person.,
