We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Sales or related fields. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and preferences. Provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve client queries. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of Emerging Enterprise Banking and UCV products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with sales teams and contributing to sales growth. Familiarity with branch operations and procedures. A graduate degree is required for this position.
