Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivables, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debts.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes related to loan recoveries.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the bank's receivables portfolio.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies regarding loan recovery practices.
Maintain accurate records and reports on receivables, including aging analysis and credit risk assessments.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of banking regulations and laws governing loan recoveries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex issues related to loan recoveries.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
