Job Description


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail sales team in housing. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the housing sector, and should be based in Vijayawada. Roles and Responsibility
  • Drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved for the assigned area.
  • Execute the defined strategy to achieve branch performance.
  • Create and maintain a demand funnel to meet sales forecasts by building strong client relationships.
  • Manage growth and profitability by staying competitive and creating/adjusting sales strategies.
  • Expand and retain the company''s customer base for affordable home loans by developing and maintaining strong liaisons with clients and channel partners.
  • Build and develop a defined source mix comprising direct and indirect sourcing channels.
  • Utilize business opportunities, builder tie-ups, and plan and monitor joint promotional activities with developers.
  • Facilitate the development of new locations to penetrate new markets and increase business.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of the lending process at various stages including inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing of loan, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan, collection, and new and existing customer service.
  • Manage post-sales customer and channel partner escalations.
  • Coordinate and supervise all key departments internally and strategize the roadmap for lending products.
  • Manage branch operating costs, including cost of acquisition, expenses, and operations.
  • Monitor the quality of the book to minimize delinquency at the branch level and support the appropriate closure of stress accounts by collaborating with the collections team.
  • Optimize and closely monitor team productivity by effectively managing the team of sales managers to assure achievement of business targets and profitability.
  • Collaborate effectively with departments and channel partners.
  • Lead and supervise the SM & RM team through hiring, training, reward, and recognition.
  • Handle overall administrative functions of the branch and ensure active distribution span of control is maintained as per norms.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor intelligence to build effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Establish internal controls for legal compliance and conduct periodic audits to detect non-compliance and frauds, devising actions for correction and prevention.
  • Ensure a strong understanding of markets, competition, processes, and products, providing positive feedback to the central product and policy team.
  • Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations and company policies.

  • Graduate degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the housing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of sales management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor analysis.
  • Familiarity with auditing and regulatory requirements.
  • A title of Branch Manager - Retail Sales - Housing - DM - Sales is preferred.
