Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Achieving branch-specific sales targets for home loans and other related products.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
Managing and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
Building and maintaining relationships with builders, developers, and other key stakeholders in the local housing market.

Customer Service & Relationship Management:

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective service delivery.
Handling customer queries, complaints, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Operations & Compliance:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning of all processes.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Managing branch resources, including staff, finances, and infrastructure.

Team Management:

Leading, mentoring, and motivating the branch team to achieve performance targets.
Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to team members.
Identifying training needs and facilitating development opportunities for the team.

Local Market Knowledge:

Possessing in-depth knowledge of the local housing finance market, including trends, competition, and customer preferences.
Identifying opportunities for business growth and development within the local market.
