The role involves end-to-end branch responsibility including sales target achievement, team management, and business development through DSAs, dealers, and other local channels. Key Responsibilities: Drive used vehicle finance (SCV/LCV/Cars) disbursement targets. Manage DSA and dealer relationships in the local market. Lead branch sales team and monitor performance. Ensure adherence to policy, process, and compliance guidelines. Maintain strong customer service and branch operations. Candidate Profile: 5+ years of experience in vehicle finance, auto loans, or related field sales roles. Strong DSA/dealer network exposure. Experience in managing a branch or sales team. Should have strong knowledge of the local market. Preferred Locations: Bikaner – Rajasthan Washim, Yavatmal, Buldhana – Maharashtra
