Roles and Responsibility Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient customer service and sales growth. Develop and implement strategies to enhance branch performance, including setting targets and monitoring progress. Lead and motivate a team of staff members to achieve their full potential. Build strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with other departments to drive business development and expansion. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Job Requirements Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth. Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and creatively. Experience in the BFSI sector, preferably in a similar role or industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. Educational qualifications: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
