Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance branch performance.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, resolving issues promptly, and promoting bank products and services.
Monitor and control expenses, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers, colleagues, and senior management.
Proven track record of achieving business objectives through strategic planning and execution.
In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.
