Branch Credit Manager

We are looking for a skilled Branch Credit Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in credit management and excellent leadership skills.

• Manage and oversee the credit function of the branch, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop and implement effective credit strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk analyses to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report on credit performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Strong knowledge of credit management principles, practices, and regulations.
