The role of an HIA Spend Transparency Reporting Analyst at PwC involves supporting multiple transparency projects as part of the PwC Center of Excellence model. Your responsibilities will include loading and monitoring data feeds, liaising with client third-party vendors for data submission, conducting data remediation and cleansing, and generating draft and final disclosure reports. You will also be responsible for performing quality checks, data analysis using Power BI, and ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines and SLAs. As an HIA Spend Transparency Reporting Analyst, you are expected to use PwC's proprietary technology for data management and reporting activities related to global spend transparency data. You will categorize invoice items, request missing transaction information from clients, collaborate with various teams, and maintain standard processes and playbooks. It is essential to create deliverables ahead of deadlines, report any issues or risks, and act as a point of contact for regular reports and client follow-up activities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for conveying findings and collaborating with stakeholders effectively. Attention to detail, data synthesis capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and accuracy are key attributes for success in this position. Additionally, familiarity with analytical tools like Alteryx, Power BI, or other data analytics and automation tools would be advantageous.
