BMS & HVAC Executive

As a Service and Calibration Technician for BMS and HVAC instruments, you will be responsible for attending service and calibration calls for various instruments such as Pressure transmitters, Flow Meters, Level controllers, VFDs, AHU/FCU systems, and more. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues in sensors, performing calibration of temperature, pressure, flow, and humidity instruments, as well as preparing service reports, calibration certificates, and documentation. Additionally, you will provide support for site visits related to AMC, breakdowns, and testing activities. To qualify for this position, you should have a Diploma or B.E. degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation, along with at least 3 years of experience in BMS/HVAC service and calibration. It is essential to possess knowledge of calibration procedures and BMS communication protocols such as Modbus and BACnet. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle customers effectively are also key requirements for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits that include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.
