HVAC &BMS Sales Engineer

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to promote and sell HVAC, Building Management System (BMS), and Data Center solutions. The role involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales of a broad product portfolio from leading brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of HVAC, BMS, and Data Center products including:
• HVAC Field Sensors (temperature, humidity, pressure, Flow, Level etc)
• HVAC Controllers and Actuators
• Air Handling Unit (AHU) Controls and Variable Air Volume (VAV) Systems
• Energy Management Systems (EMS)
• Fire Alarm and Life Safety Systems
• Data Center Environment Monitoring and Management Solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and system integrators.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and follow up to close sales.
• Attend industry events to network and stay updated on market trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of sales experience in BMS/HVAC with knowledge of brands like Honeywell and Siemens.
• Experience selling Data Center environment monitoring and management solutions is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of major HVAC/BMS brands such as Schneider Electric and Johnson Controls.
• Experience selling HVAC sensors, controllers, energy management systems, fire alarms, and security systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
