Guidance providing time to time for the Quality Team to improve the Food safety. Managing Quality in the Process area as per the SOPs. Food Safety Team Leader Cordinating waste management in the plant for the efficient waste management practices. Preparing SOPs and implementation Maintaining budget for the Quality department in Microsoft NAV. Verification of the Production and QA/QC Records. Verification of CCP and Documentation Related to HACCP. Coordination with chef for the R&D of New and modifications in the existing products on customer requirements.
