Key Responsibilities: - Develop and write clear, persuasive copy for various marketing channels, tailored to the distinct features and benefits of each of Panacea Smart Solutions' services. - Collaborate with marketing and service line managers to understand and accurately convey the unique value propositions of each service. - Create engaging and informative content for a variety of formats, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and marketing collateral. - Adapt writing style to suit different platforms and audiences, ensuring consistency with Panacea Smart Solutions brand voice and messaging. - Work closely with the design team to ensure that visual and written content complement each other. - Conduct thorough research to understand industry-specific terminology and trends, particularly in IT and healthcare sectors. - Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of written content, making adjustments based on performance metrics and feedback. - Stay updated with the latest trends in copywriting and content marketing, especially in relation to the IT and healthcare industries. Qualifications: - Bachelor degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in copywriting or content creation, with a preference for experience in IT, healthcare, or related fields. - Strong portfolio showcasing writing skills across various formats and styles. - Excellent research, writing, and editing skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles.
