Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a BIM Modeler. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing detailed BIM models, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring accuracy in architectural and construction documents. The day-to-day tasks include working with Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies, applying architectural concepts, developing MEP systems, and creating precise construction drawings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Understanding of architectural design principles
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Experience in producing construction drawings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is preferred
