A+R Architects is dedicated to researching, reinventing, and redefining what architecture can be. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect located in Coimbatore. The BIM Architect will be responsible for architecture, creating architectural drawings, developing Building Information Modeling (BIM), preparing construction drawings, and managing submittals. Qualifications Architecture and Architectural Drawings skills Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings skills Experience in managing submittals Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM software Strong knowledge of building systems and codes Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field Experience - 2-3 year experience
